to review the performance of the aem executives and determine their next year’s salaries and incentive compensation.
responsibilities
- conduct aem president performance evaluation
- give final approval on compensation for president and senior team and provide feedback on compensation for leadership team
- review salary ranges and compare to market rates provided by consulting firm
- help determine who is comparative association to determine market rates
