prior to trimble, mr. fosburgh was a civil engineer and held various positions for the u.s. army corps of engineers and defense mapping agency. mr. fosburgh received a b.s. in geology from the university of wisconsin - green bay in 1985 and an m.s. from the school of civil engineering at purdue university in 1989.
