we are offering this opportunity to a service-oriented professional who enjoys variety and challenge to join our team of community & insights professionals. this position supports the exhibitions team in coordinating logistics for the development of first-class content to ensure optimal delivery to target tradeshow audiences.

responsibilities:

• education & content coordination:
  • work independently or with existing committees and partners to structure program content, supplementary programs, pricing, and speaker management.
  • utilize unique and creative approaches to securing and delivering content experts and speakers.
• content & program implementation:
  • work with vendors and internal departments on program logistics, including ordering av, catering, convention center room sets, speaker housing and sponsorship fulfilment, etc.
  • develop timelines for major milestones and ensure completion of key information to fulfil deadlines.
  • engage with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.
• knowledge of business and industry:
  • identify content and learning formats to engage attendees.
  • interpret, understand, and translate technical topics in multiple industries (2022世界杯亚洲区赛程表时间 , manufacturing, agriculture, utilities, & mining).
• strategic development of programs:
  • work as part of a team to review performance metrics and industry trends.
  • develop and expand scope of content success.
  • implement strategies to increase ticket sales and satisfaction ratings for webinars and education sessions for tradeshows.

requirements:
a successful candidate will hold a four-year college degree in a related field and will have 1-3 years’ relevant experience. the ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

• ability to manage multiple projects with different levels of variety.
• ability to utilize multiple streams of data and media as research for educational content.
• understanding of project management for educational content.
• previous experience with cross-department communication.
• creative problem-solving skills to improve processes.
• be curious, solve problems creatively, and support programs.
